In the Artist's Studio

My cousin, Gary Taneri, is a very talented artist, a painter. I had the wonderful opportunity, while visiting in Ohio this weekend, to get the grand tour of his studio, and see first hand, his amazing portraits.  I was very impressed.  He is also very generous.....I came home with two of his landscaping paintings to accompany the first painting he gave me about three years ago. I am very proud to hang Gary's work on my walls.
Check out his blog.  http://www.garytaneri.blogspot.com/

Trine to Jump

My niece Heather, finished up her freshman year at Trine University in Angola Indiana last week. I drove out to Indiana with my sister to pick her up for the summer vacation. This is a photo of Heather and her friend Michael, jumping on the railroad tracks that run through the center of the campus.
