95/365 - Pay it Forward

My friend Jodi was taking part in a pay it forward project and i was one of the lucky 5 to receive something from her. now it is my turn to pay it forward to 5 people.

Ihe idea is that you receive a handmade gift from someone and then you send handmade gifts (whatever you want it to be) on to five other people.

So if you would like to participate and receive something from yours truly, flickr mail me by the end of the day on friday (6/26). if there are more than 5 responses, i'll draw names to see who the lucky recipients will be. and then when those 5 receive their gift they pay it forward to 5 and so on. sounds like fun, doesn't it?

(Mary Steenburgen is in the background on the Left). I also got shots of Betty White and Ryan Reynolds. It was a fun shoot. Can't wait to see the movie on Saturday

85/365 - Bullfrog

It has been 2 weeks since I fractured my ankle.
I am doing better but still walking with the aircast and
unfortunately still can't play golf. But today I went to the golf course with hubby;
he played golf while I drove the cart and took photos.
I was thrilled to get several photos of this and other bullfrogs in the pond on the 8th hole.

82/365 - Rise Up and Stand Tall

when you feel your in a corner and your backs against the wall,
do you shrink, crawl up, look to the ground or find the inner strength rise up and stand up tall?
see life is designed to always work on your side,
regardless of the pain, just take it in your stride,
tough times don't last but tough people do,
whatever is going on in life right now, it will surely pass through,
each day will come and go like day becomes the night,
remember the darkness will never exist without the light,
so when your in that corner and your backs against the wall,
remember you have it in you to rise up and stand up tall...
